Everyone who takes part in our programmes has the right to be safe, respected and free from harm. We follow Indian law, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
Our commitments
- We ask for the consent of a parent or guardian for every child who takes part.
- Photographs and videos are taken only with the written consent of the participant, or of the parent or guardian for a child, and we never publish a child’s name with their photograph.
- We take every concern seriously, act on it, and keep it confidential as far as the law allows.
